Is there a way to use Microsoft Outlook to check my Hotmail email account?

If so, do you know how? There is an option that says I can use HTTP:// email accounts, but it doesn't seem to work for me. Can you tell me what to do?

Outlook use to allow that but they stopped allowing it, some time back.





Unless they have changed it again you can't do it. You can set it up to import your hotmail and yahoo mail by adding the hotmail and yahoo servers but for it somehow stops it.





I use to have mine set up to do that and after microsoft stopped allowing it, it stopped working. I have even tried reloading it but same thing. It lets me set up the account but when it comes to receiving and sending it won't let me.





As an alternative you can put a rule in your hotmail to forward all emails to your outlook email address but that would mean you will need to respond with your outlook email address.
