When I choose a contact and check the box to send the contact an email, it does not appear on the email screen?

I have to manually put the name on the email screen. It just started happening -- how do I correct?

First, I am going to assume you are not doing this. If u are and it is not working properly please go to help.yahoo.com (help central website) click on Classic Mail and then research by clicking on Mail. if you can't find your answer go to the bottom of the page and there is a CONTACT US where you can send an email to yahoo. When you click on REPLY or FORWARD you then have to click on INSERT ADDRESSES. After the box(es) are checked are you then clicking on INSERT CHECKED CONTACTS???
