When i sign in to check my email a box pops up saying the information may be transmitted to a non secure site?

why?

When i sign in to check my email a box pops up saying the information may be transmitted to a non secure site?
You can turn off the pop-up, as their our options to leave or turn off. Only a warning, that not all sites have a valid Lic., or are secure. (Myself, I turned them all off). Does not mean that you will get infected.

Reply:non secure sites are sites that anyone can have access to.


You couldn't receive e-mails if it were a secure site (for your personal use only).
Reply:some sites are secure like where you do on line banking or such things like that. the server that you are logging onto is not on a secure site


that warning can be turned off if it bothers you
