Have you properly set up the incoming and outgoing servers in the config?
Just downloaded the newer version of Vista and I am unable to check my email. Help!?
You will probably need to upgrade to Windows Mail (if you were using outlook before). You can do this by going to ACCOUNTS and clicking IMPORT and then choosing your account file used in Outlook. It should work the same.
If you are having trouble with webmail, I can't help you.
