every time i try to check my email norton symantec will stop me.
I cant go to my mailbox to check my email?
I am assuming that you have set up your firewall to prevent email traffic (you don't say if you are using the web interface or an email client like Microsoft Outlook) from coming in and out. You will have to change the settings/permissions to allow. Here are the directions from the Symantec website:
