Yes,you have only lost access to yahoo questions and answers.You can do everything you used to do..

For a while yes but not for long.
When your account is suspended it is suspended for ever unless you appeal and win.
When your account is suspended you can still contribute to the Forum via your suspended account but that is about all.
Your email will be terminated but not straight away as you might appeal the suspension and win.
